Discovery:  During this phase we will meet with you so that we better understand your business goals, objectives, and marketing strategies. From the Discovery session, we will gather the data required to begin the web site build/rebuild and deploy search engine optimization.

Blueprint: This is the design phase, where out website designers actually plan and layout the new or remodeled website. The blueprint phase includes graphical design of the website and content flow, so that visitors to the site get the appropriate information in an efficient and user friendly manner. There will be some interaction required with your business, as we will encourage you to review and approve the Blueprint.

Build: Based on the Blueprint our developers will utilize the latest website technologies and search engine optimization features to build or rebuild your site.Typically the build phase will take three to four weeks, depending on the complexities identified during blueprint.

Deploy, Measure, and Maintain: This phase consists of taking the new website ‘live’, while monitoring and measuring the site for continuous improvement in regards to site visits, search engine rankings, and updates to insure relevant content. Performance analytics will be provided to your business, and we will deploy all of the necessary search engine optimization techniques to place and hold top search engine positions. This phase is ongoing.

Advertising: Google Adwords, Yahoo, AOL and other major search engines: (Optional Phase) Until we get significant  placement, we will run ads to insure exposure for the new website.  It can take sixty to ninety days to gain organic placement for a key word, so we will continue to run an advertisement for that key word until the desired placement is reached.  This keyword advertisement will usually show on the first search page and usually within the first four advertisements.
